When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery timeframes are listed below:
Standard Shipping: 3-10 business days.
Express Shipping: 1-3 business days.

I ordered items on pre-order – when will they arrive?

If you've placed a pre-order, shipping timelines will align with the expected release date provided at checkout.

How can I track my order?

All orders include tracked shipping.  Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

My order hasn’t arrived by the scheduled delivery date, what do I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@jellybeaninteriors.com.au. with your order details. We’ll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.

Where do you ship to?

At this time, we only ship within Australia & NZ. Stay tuned as we expand our delivery options in the future!

Product Care

How do I clean my Confetti Table/Chairs?

Keep your Confetti Table and Chairs looking brand new by wiping with a damp cloth using a mild detergent if needed.

For more stubborn stains such as texta marks, an alcohol-based cleaner, such as isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) or a stain remover like Magic Eraser, can be effective.
